Dear Sir or Madame,

I am a spanish girl. I am laboratory technician. I'm looking for a job in Brno.
I have much experience in Research Laboratory(molecular biology , esperimentation animals , especialiced in culture cells...).I am working in a oftalmology departmen and in a Food, Phisiology and Toxicology sciences department in the University of Navarra , one of the best universities in research in Spain. My skills are,

• Analysis of biological samples.
• Process blood samples
• DNA , RNA , Proteins
• Western Blot, Zimographi, PCR, PCR-RT, retrotranscription,ELISA
• Cells cultues (a lot of experience)
• Collect diagnostic samples for clinical assessment and quality assurance from a variety of laboratory animal specie
• Verify instrument functioning by chequing and calibrating specific lab instruments.
• Use of the following instruments: Cobas Mira , Spectrum, Triturus, Multiskan, Nanodrop..

I would love to find a job in Brno that is becoming one of the best European research centers.
