Job description:

• Work independently, design and execute experiments in molecular biology and protein engineering
• Construct mutant proteins optimized for industrial applications
• Perform protein expression, purification and analytical characterization

Requirements:

• Mgr. (M.Sc.), PhD in Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, Genetics, Genomics, or related field.
• At least 2 years molecular biology lab experience
• Experience with molecular biology (cloning, site directed mutagenesis, techniques of directed evolution, preparation of mutant libraries, library screening assays) and protein biochemistry (expression, purification, characterisation)
• Excellent English language skills
• The ability to develop and apply new concepts, a creative approach to problem-solving and a flexible attitude towards work are also essential
