The International Clinical Research Center of St. Anne´s University Hospital in Brno (FNUSA–ICRC) seeks a highly motivated and qualified individual with expertise in clinical trials. The selected individual will play a leadership role in developing clinical trials further within and beyond FNUSA-ICRC.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will:

• Play a leadership role in developing clinical trials further.
• Play a role in training other members of the team in clinical trials.
• Develop a business plan to enlarge the current clinical trials portfolio.
• Collaborate with FNUSA-ICRC partners in improving clinical trials.

Desirable Qualifications:

• Doctor in Human Medicine and/or Doctor of Pharmacy with interest in clinical trials.
• PhD in clinical studies a plus.
• Track record in designing and/or performing clinical trials.
• Experience as a manager ideally in the field of clinical trials.
• Fluency in English language (written and oral) is required.
• The applicant should be well-organised, motivated about pursuing a career in biomedical research and with problem-solving attitude. Solid written and verbal communication skills, keen attention to detail is crucial.
• The applicant should be able to work independently, to manage day-to-day operations in a multifunctional scientific team environment.
• The applicant should have a team-driven mentality and closely collaborate with other researchers within FNUSA-ICRC.
