Enantis is looking for a motivated candidate for the position of Bioinformatician/Protein designer to join our expanding bioinformatics team Together, we can revolutionize human health and sustainability.

We design smarter proteins for future needs of society!

Key responsibilities

Design innovative proteins using our cutting edge proprietary software combined with external tools
Develop, implement, and optimize our state of the art computational biology pipeline
Collaborate in dynamic brainstorming sessions , where new ideas and capabilities are forged
Showcase your expertise by presenting reports internally and engaging in scientific discussions with clients and partners
Build a strong partnership with our protein engineering team , leveraging in silico approaches derived from experimental results

Desired qualifications

University education in bioinformatics, biochemistry , or a related field (PhD prefered)
General structural biology and bioinformatics skills
Familiarity with molecular dynamics simulations and virtual screening techniques
Experience in protein structure prediction and visualization
Navigate the Linux/Unix environment seamlessly, like a seasoned explorer
Programming/scripting skills
Articulate your thoughts and ideas effectively in written and oral English
Embrace learning, exhibit independence , demonstrate reliability , and thrive in a collaborative team environment
