Vědecký tým z Polska nabízí spolupráci pri implementaci nové technologie, která využívá odpadní živočišné tuky pro výrobu energie. Výhodou je využití a zpracování odpadních surovin. Proces je navržen tak, že je plně automatizovaný.

Description:
Nowadays there are several methods of organic waste utilization (meat and bone meal, waste fats and other processed animal waste), including:

• combustion in cement rotary kilns, in clinker burning process, with precious fuel or mix of precious and alternative fuel

• introduction of organic waste to rotating chamber of kilns. During rotation of chamber, waste are shredded, heated, dried and subjected to pyrolysis by heat treating in temperature over 1000°C in initial part of chamber

• animal fat utilization in chamber of kiln with use of gas dynamic burner lance with internal mixing type K
• device and method of utilization according to license no. 174145

The invention includes device for utilization of waste in form of fat, especially animal fats, which can be applied to utilization of every type of animal and technical fats and to other compounds or for energy recovery as electric current or technological heat.

Offered device consist of:

• internal combustion reciprocating diesel engine with fuel injector
• power supply system as a power supply factor
• diesel fuel tank
• hermetic tank for animal fat
• generator enabled energy restore from combustion process
• device monitoring system
