Francouzská společnost využívá nanočásti (magnetosomy) produkované magnetotaktickými bakteriemi pro nový druh léčby rakoviny. V současnosti společnost hledá partnery schopné provést test toxicity a biodistribuce těchto nanočástic na úrovni GLP (good laboratory practice) nebo ne GLP.
Description:
The proof of concept of the therapy has been realized on tumors xeno-grafted under the skin of mice. The French company has shown that it was possible to completely destroy the tumors using such a technique.
The French company is nowadays looking for partners to test the toxicity of magnetosomes.
Technical Specifications / Specific technical requirements of the request:
The partner has to be specialized in the toxicity tests of nanoparticles. The partner should be able to carry out toxicity tests and preferentially be specialized in the toxicity studies of nanoparticles.
