Společný vývoj systému kvantifikace bakterii a kvasinek

Francouzka společnost vyvinula nový senzitivní metodu pro bakteriální kvantifikaci pomocí extrakce genomické DNA z různých vzorků. Za účelem vstoupení na nové trhy by chtěla společnost spojit kvantitativní polymerní řetězovou reakci pro kvantifikaci bakterii a detekci kvasinek. Společnost hledá řešení pomocí technické spolupráce a případného dalšího společného vývoje.

Description:
In order to extend its range of products and to reach new markets, the company wants to couple two assays in a single quantification system.

It has already developped the quantitative Polymerised Chain Reaction (qPCR) assay part, marketed it and adapted the method to various areas of application. The method enables both detection and quantification of any bacterial strain through a qPCR assay targeting conserved genomic regions of 16S ribosomal bacterial DNA.

Concerning the yeast part of the project,development steps and technical content have already been written but not yet realized.

It is now looking for a partner which could achieve this coupling of assays through financial or technical cooperations (such as manufacturing agreement) in exchange to free licence agreements.

Technical Specifications / Specific technical requirements of the request:
- The requested technology should combine different type of assays in order to quantify bacteria and yeast without a distinction between the type of bacterias and yeast. The sensitivity of the sought technology is not specified as the client is open to various options.
- A COFRAC, ISO, PHARMACOPE certification would be a positive point to reach with the potential partner.
- This certification is proposed under joint development or co-development with an interested company.

- Type of partner sought: Industry (companies interested in this market, final user or PCR system / assay providers, and/or companies working on yeast analysis and willing to develop its own services / products)
- Specific area of activity of the partner: any partner related to yeast analysis, agrofood, veterinary, human health, environnement, cosmetics, measurement & detection of pollution microbial contamination, anti-infectious molecules.
