Nové modulární řešení pro zpracování kejdy

Datum: 5.11.2012

Description:
The evolution of farms, and especially pig and cow farms, is oriented towards units with high number of animals, that usually don't have sufficient land able to absorb the huge quantity of waste they produce, causing its treatment a serious problem. An incorrect treatment of slurries proceeding from a farm supposes sanitary problems for animals and workers of the farm and for the surrounding environment, due to the strong odor caused by ammoniac and sulfide components,as well as the contamination of waters in which this waste is filtrated. This new plant not only solves this problem but at the same time also offers by-products easily usable in the farm.
The physical-chemical treatment is based on the separation of solid and liquid components, that avoids uncontrollable decompositions and the subsequent toxic emissions. The mixture of organic and inorganic coagulants incorporated during the process causes important reduction of solids in suspension and organic matters.
The technology also counts with a recirculation system that eliminates both, organic and inorganic volatile compounds according to a previous pH study.
Pathogen compounds are eliminated thanks to a joint disinfection process of ozonization and UV radiation.

Innovations and advantages of the offer:
Reduction of costs that farms have to pay for the transport of slurry to an external treatment plant.
Obtaining of a solid fraction containing organic matter, nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium in proportions previously established by the farmer to be used as a fertilizer.
Obtaining of liquid fraction that can be used as irrigation, for cleaning of machinery, stables, etc. or that can be spilled into the sewage system without any danger of chemical or microbiological contamination.

Current Stage of Development:
Available for demonstration - field tested

Comments:
