Španělská společnost hledá inovativní zařízení pro monitoring a quantifikaci aerobních mikroorganismů v realném čase ve vodě používané v hydraulických systémech. Technologie musí být schopna kvantifikovat mikrobiologické znečištění do 60 min. Zařízení musí být zcela nebo z větší části vyvinuto. Společnost hledá partnery vlastnící takovou technologie pro komerční dohodu s technickou asistencí nebo pro další společný vývoj.

Nowadays, existing aerobic microorganism counts must be carried out in a laboratory, using an analysis system that tests a filtered, cultivated sample, incubating the microbiological species in selected cultivates. The results from this type of testing take between 24 and 48 hours from the samples being filtered, in manual procedures at a laboratory.

For that reason, the Spanish company is looking for a validated new technology that allows the real time monitoring and quantifying of aerobic microorganisms present in the water of a hydraulic system. In addition, the analytical data would be collated and stored in a computer programme which will allow data to be viewed on a weekly, monthly and even annual basis. Current unit must be able to quantify microbiological contamination in a very short period of time less than 60 minutes.

Finally, the monitor system must be able to store important data related to biochemical process, calculate the reaction kinetics and, subsequently, obtain the microbiological contamination level, reporting quantified data.
