Turecká společnost aktivní v oblasti aplikovaného výzkumu hledá biosensor pro detekci a stanovení koncentrace močoviny v malých objemech. Společnost je otevřena podpisu komerčního kontraktu s technickou asistenci a/nebo technickou spolupráci.

Ion selective electrodes (ISEs) are offered in market as glass electrodes in great sizes. ISEs are used for simultaneous and online monitoring in various industries such as nutrient, health and environment.

A Turkish R&D oriented SME is performing research and development on medical devices. For executing the mentioned research project; urea biosensors for online monitoring of very small volumes are required. The aim of the project is performing a research project on determining blood urea level; the measurement will be performed on urea collected after transdermal urea extraction.

The Turkish R&D company seeks micro-biosensors for monitoring urea concentration in very small volumes. There exist alike products already in the market, however in large scales. It is desired to have the related micro- biosensors in minimized extent. The company is looking for commercial agreement with technical assistance and / or technical co-operation.

Technical Specifications / Specific technical requirements:
The sought potentiometric micro-sized ISE Selective electrodes and micro-sized arrays shall:

- Be capable of detecting and measuring specific ion concentrations in very small volumes (microliters) within short response time
- Wide pH range
- The concentration utilized within the project is generally between 10-1 and 10-6 Molar. It is required that the sensor functions linear within the mentioned range.
