| The specific aim of this particular project is the study of cyclic peptides produced by selected plant-pathogenic fungi damaging the crops in the Czech Republic. The proposal has three specific objectives: a) Description of new virulence factors of selected phytopathogenic fungi, b) The study of specific involvement of cyclic peptides in plant pathogenesis, c) Biological activity of cyclic peptides on possible non-target organisms (human, animal). | |
