Our client

Our client serves the Life Science industry and belongs to international leaders in this area.

Responsibilities

Manage Key Customer Relationships - develop an understanding of the customers / proposal preparation
Develop relationship with key stakeholders within the customers for the business creation process
Manage the respective product portfolio
Compete for all existing and develops new sales opportunities within the territory – identification and acquisition of new potential clients.
Implement business creation follow-up, reporting and escalation processes
Gather, analyze and deliver information from the field.
Provide direct information on client needs and support the design of account specific promotion, seminars and exhibitions
Organize and plan training courses, vendor shows, workshops and seminars
Track market trends, applications and competitive activities. Understand and communicate competition activities in the territory
Participate actively in local networks of service, support, customer services, marketing and finance

Requirements

University degree in the area of chemistry, biology, microbiology
Specific industry knowledge in life science industry
Customer relationship experience, sales experience min. 3-4 years
Strong communication and networking skills and records
Ability and experience in working in and reporting within an international matrix organization
Ability to work independently, from home office without direct daily supervision
Strong personal drive to achieve results
Organized and structured person
Open to frequent traveling in the territory
Fluency in English and Czech or Slovak
