PROGRAMMER / IT SPECIALIST

Enantis (jointly with Loschmidt Laboratories) is looking for a motivated candidate for the position of programmer / IT specialist to join our expanding bioinformatics team.

We design smarter proteins for future needs of society!

YOU WILL BE IN CHARGE OF:

 • Develop frontend and backend web applications in the field of bioinformatics with our team

• Participate in design and testing workflow
•  Engage in architecture design and technology choices
• Defining the project roadmap based on requirements
• Work closely with computational biologists

 REQUIREMENTS:

•  High school or university education in IT
•  Good knowledge of Java and JavaScript
•  Framework experience preferred: React and Spring Boot
•  Ideally experience with Google Web Toolkit and SmartGWT
•  Knowledge is an advantage: MariaDB/MySQL, Docker, Jenkins, TypeScript and Git
•  Communicative knowledge of the English language
•  Willingness to learn, independence, reliability and ability to work in a team
•  Experience in Linux environment, software installation and troubleshooting
