Medical Immunology is aimed towards the fields of medicine and immunology, manuscripts covering topics relating to the diagnosis, treatment and prevention of diseases that involve the immune system are welcome. Specifically, those including allergy, autoimmunity, bone marrow transplantation, cancer immunology, immunodeficiencies, infectious diseases, inflammatory disorders, and organ transplantation. Contributions that focus on diagnostic, therapeutic and prophylactic modalities are all relevant, as is in vitro experimentation, pre-clinical animal experimentation, and patient-oriented clinical research.
